They're loosing out in their main market (EIM) to the company I work for (who make 2-3 big acquisitions a year) & have been on the backfoot for a few years, i expect this is to branch into something else that can only really grow.

Unbelievable sum of money. They better have a good plan on how to get that money back. haha

It fits with their transition from a hardware manufacturer to software. Whether or not they're biting off more than they can chew I have no idea...
