Just a heads up - I'm aware of intermittent issues plaguing TS and the website making it either hard to connect, or stay connected. The issue doesn't appear to be on our side, so I've raised a ticket with our provider to get them to move our server to another host which should fix the issue. Will update when I know more.

Update: Linode are aware of the issue - https://status.linode.com/

This should now be resolved.
